We all know Self-Care is important. This year we would like to focus on Self-Care and the importance of  Self-Care from Exercise to Nutrition to Relaxation. Stay tuned for up coming events. I hope you will join us in this year's journey.

Mental Health impacts expectations for all involved.  Being able to grieve those expectations to embrace the new journey ahead is imperative for the success of the individual as well as their family.  Daphne will work to help to explain this type of grief, its process, and how to learn to embrace these changes to enhance success.
