Out of the Darkness Walk
Each year, suicide claims more lives than war, murder, and natural disasters combined. Yet suicide prevention doesn't receive anywhere near the funding as other leading causes of death. It's up to Walkers like us to make a difference. Together we can change the conversation about mental health and put a stop to this tragic loss of life. For general information, click here.

Our annual Christmas Party will take place at the CSMHC Hamilton Center once again. We will be looking for volunteers and taking donations to purchase presents. More information to come.

Family 2 Family Class
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8 week educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced- based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. Classes are taught by NAMI trained family members. The course and materials provided are free.
